We have a fleet of quality bikes that can be rented.
Please have a look at our dedicated page. All of our tours are on the road and our Hybrid bikes and eBikes are perfect for this terrain: Hybrid bikes @ £25 per day (with our tours), eBikes @ £40 per bike (with our tours).
We also rent out Gravel bikes, normally reserved for our Gravel Holidays, @£40 a day. Please let us know if you prefer to ride a Gravel bike.
Bike hire includes helmet, bike kit and panniers/bags

Castles and Coast

Two great places to ride - get the best of two worlds and the perfect ride to the coast: Explore the Galloway Highlands and then relax as you explore the beaches of the Solway Coast.
These two hubs offer distinctly different cycling experiences.We can customise your routes to your ability. You can ride to Scotland’s highest village and take a dram at the highest pub. There is the grave of the inventor of the bicycle to visit before you drop down to the coast. Here you can visit galleries, antique shops and quiet beaches. This Castles & Coast option could be as short as 4 days or more than a week. You pick daily rides to suit your level of fitness. With so much flexibility, this is often our most popular holiday.

Single Hub Explorers

There are a number of excellent places to base a cycling holiday and explore the region. Perfect for a short holiday, a taster bike holiday or a deep dive into a specific location. All rides are customised to your ability.
Hub locations that we recommend: Kirkcudbright, Gatehouse of Fleet, Castle Douglas or Newton Stewart to give you access to the Deep South of D&G.

We teamed up with the world-class Annandale Distillery and the wonderful BQA Hotel (Buccleuch and Queensberry Arms Hotel). Learn about our Whiskies, our national poet Robert Burns and Kirkpatrick MacMillan, the man who invented the pedal bike. A ride from the Solway Coast to the Galloway Highlands featuring castles and Scottish culture.

Depending on your arrival time, you could visit the Annandale Distillery on your arrival day. The last tour is at 3pm. The distance between Powfoot and the distillery is 5 miles on flat terrain.

Whilst you are here, let us show you the hidden bits that need local knowledge. We offer guiding for both road and gravel riding. Are you gravel curious? - rent some bikes and let us guide you. We are the people behind the UCI Gralloch event!
Let us tell you the stories of the land and the gossip. Often we organise a stop with coffee and cake, or a dram of whisky during your ride.
